30-day satisfaction guarantee
We provide a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our Organic Topical Balms. If you are not satisfied with the results, you can return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must NOT be more than half used. We do care for each case, so if you have questions, please do reach out to us.
How to initiate a return
To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team at zakahlife@gmail.com. They will guide you through the process and provide you with steps to process an approved return.
Return shipment
Once you have obtained approval on the return, we will provide you with a label to secure on your package to send the balm back to us. Shipping costs are paid by Zakah Life.
Refunds
Upon receiving the returned product and inspecting it, we will process your refund within 3 to 7 business days. The refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment method.
